    help! swr changes when moving mic around

    get a wilson 1000 mag mount I bet the problenm is at the coax connection at the radio The wilson will smoke any radio shack antenna any way ........ might as well upgrade JMO

    Motor maul's

    RF switching.. when keyed the relays in the Motor Maul put your 12 volt batteries in series making 24 volts. then it regulates down to the set voltage. when you un-key the relays disconnect and allow your alternator to charge the batteries at 12-13 volts.

    Hows that work-n for ya MoJo ?? I run around with 2 of them on tha Burban... 6 foot spacing I use them as my ride around setup....... I cant beat the reflect with any coil antenna I own 1/4 watt reflect on a 25 watt slug @ 1100 RMS out !! on my 8 pill so they just stay on the truck

    Feed your Beam

    i wonder if you would also have to isolate at least the driven element in a direct feed SYS. Just thinking out loud. The Gamma Matches that come with these beams just seem cheap. IMO "devices to make adjustments".............. I guess that would be a good set of tubing cutters??
