It never ceases to amaze me when someone will cough up that much cash for something not even close to worth it. I think some just do it to brag that it cost that much. More dollars than sense.

Which method did you use? Resistor across two other pins or did you open the case?

I had that problem with 3 after market mobile chargers. I bought a Samsung charger and the noise is gone.
