Noticed R169 is not soldered firmly, feels loose but joints look fine, have to dig with probe at the bottom of it to get a reading, but it does read good. Could R169 not getting soldered down firmly cause this?

Sorry Cable, was typing as you sent your messages. I'll check those, I was looking over the schematic and block diagram (99v) and noticed D81 and D82 could possibly be an issue since they're in the transmit line. Thank you Cable.

That did it. Used the signal tracer through the FM transmit audio chain, had great FM transmit audio on the J21 side of C126, but almost non existent on the opposite side of C126. Yanked out C126, tested it out of circuit in my tester and it showed as a 710pf with an extremely high ESR...
