TX led is not lighting. must be a different radio keying the meter.

above 3500mhz is all line of sight communications, like wifi at 2400mhz even if you had a scanner to receive those frequencies you wouldn't hear much because it wouldn't carry far. satellites are at 10000mhz but thats all i know of up there.
