11 Meters is just dead up here again. Nothing on any antenna at any time of day. I took the Maco down till and if it ever returns. No sense in leaving it up to draw attention if it isn't working.

I was having similar, but not quite as severe problems. Then I bought a real radio. Problem solved.

Not sure myself, but wouldn't these built in chokes be specifically for trapping HF RFI? What else around the house or office would they put them in there for? Fluorescent ballast maybe?

I have the absolute hardest time trying to interest anyone in using DIGI at all. They always say why when I can just talk to them, and then they say just a minute as they whip out a perfectly good phone and return a text to someone. :bdh:
