Very Good Post.. Nothing Wrong ( well legalities aside..lol ) in usng a ham radio on 11 meters.. If one is Willing to spend more money on a Better radio. Even if they only desire to use it (at 1st anyways) on 11 meters. It likely is due to that person being a more hard core hobbiest...
