to sell somethign is different than to use it by a lic. op. but either way the rangers are not channeled well except on 11meter if you hit the man button. they have a vfo. but either way if your lic. op. you can use what ever you want as long as it doesnt exceed the power limit of the band...

the answer would be yes if you have the lic. to do so.

did you use a 75 ohm co-phasing harness ?? if you did. remove the springs.

as far as cb and exports go. it doesnt get any better than a RCI Ranger 2950DX or 2970DX radio.

it will need to be converted and realigned. then it will cover from 24-32 MHz. if you dont know the freq's. you can just hit the man button. then it will show like a regular cb ch1-40 and also the A channels. :)
