I was showing loss of power and lost my RX, J22 is showing a 6.5vdc on PLC. With RF Power and MIC Gain FCW and J22 Pulled I see 0 - 6 watts and with J22 plugged in I’m seeing 0 - 55 watts. Drew

I should have stated all the electrolytic caps and larger resistors have been replaced. I also checked all the tubes prior to anything else being started. I will give a look with the O scope.

After some back and forth with Ranger Communications they sent me this info. Base Plus export version, J30 short pin to 2-3 position, remove resistor at copper side.
