Just the other day another guy on the forum was asking the same and actually figured it out. He shared it on a thread but I'd have to dig and find it. I think it was in another 69 base thread.

Nope.

Sure wish it did.

Pretty sure you simply remove a solder short across two adjacent foil pads, to the rear inboard corner of the channel selector. That's what works for the mobiles we have been converting.

Got a pic of this at the shop, but not here at home. I'll get it posted soon.

After some back and forth with Ranger Communications they sent me this info.
Base Plus export version, J30 short pin to 2-3 position, remove resistor at copper side.
