I used to volunteer at the local science museum teaching astronomy. One day a group of boyscouts were up there working on a merit badge by working the international space station. I was able to jump in for a quick key up to say I had done it.

I use the DX98VHP for DXing. It does have some drift here and there but I dont care. I bounce around frequencies so frequently anyway. It does great DX.

Back in the early to mid ninties CB was huge in my city... well over 500 people bare minimum. Used to have amazing fox hunts. Now I think I am one of maybe a dozen people active on the radio at best. Those active are mostly older people. :cry: I miss my foxhunts.
