You guys got to see this monster! It is a Galaxy 88 that someone hacked and installed a pill inside. I can not see which pill it is but looks like a 455. Sucker swings 130 + watts. Thought you guys would love this one.

Because that is what powers the finals. If one is dead shorted then it would keep blowing TR51.

Check the finals to make sure one is not blown.

Are you sure this radio has not been converted over to a mosfet? Look at the final and tell us what you have back there.

Found the problem on my own and fixed the dang thing. I used the DX939 alignment and schematic to find the issue. Thanks for the help anyway!

This is not that old of a radio. Less than a year old. The 10.240 is dead on. What had happen was the Ant lead came loose from the jack and the guy kept trying to talk on it until it quit all together. Figured it had blown a mosfet but all 3 check good.Voltages are correct on all 3 as well...

Does anyone by chance have the schematic for the EPTDX2912Z board? This is what they are using in the Galaxy 66V2 radios and I can not find any info on it. I seen someone say the DX98VHP was the same board but it is not the same!! Thanks in advance for any info.
