I would have to agree with most... it is a USED radio as such, if it worked count your blessings, If it didnt then do a claim. But to do a claim stating fraud because of a refurb sticker on a "USED" radio, dont go there.

I dont even use my Imax for say anymore 10/11 been dead here except late afternoon for a short time... I use my Wire for "ears" reduction of static noise that my R7 picks up. Kind of interesting flipping between the 2 on a QSO.. As far as a "hang out freq" do not really have one up and down...

20 still doing good at grey line I presume... between 7:30 and 9:oo AZ time got 2 Estonia contacts and a Finland contact night before last,, Ukraine tonight but LOTS of static on the band hard to hear anything. Still enjoying it, my radio does not venture off 20 that much
