i found it, it was d80 it was clipped. i didnt think it was at first cause it was still there. i gave it a little pry and it stood up. so i pushed it back down flat and soldered the wire back together. j15 was still clipped, i hooked er back up and no talkback..woohoo. saved my hammer too. so...

thanks for the info. i checked there the other night and cb tricks had crashed. i hadnt checked since. still no peak and tune on there but im pretty sure its athe same as the 3300. i will wait till someone verifies this. thank you very much.

hello, a friend has bought a new connex 4300hp. i was needing the conversion and peak and tune for him. i was thinking its the same as the 3300, but there is no number on the board. so i thought i would ask here first, before i told him how to do it. thanks very much guys

yes, i have found out that they are the hardest. i have 4 of these new in the box patiently waiting to be programmed. (for about a year and a half now) i can buy it new for around 100-150 for software and cable. i have TONS of software but no midland 905cd. thanks for the help i will post there...
