Trunk mount or maybe one of the hood/fender mounts and a Wilson base load. The double din slot has a few radios that can fit in there. The Uniden BearCats are single din sized, a few exports, and that 29 should fit also. Digging the Scooby. I've never seen an Outback with a trunk.

I started looking at all the trucks I pass by lately and most are running multiple antennas. Not dual 11m, but varying lengths. So most have moved over to differnt freqs. Granted, most of these appeared to be long haul guys and not local.

x2 here. I've got a 980 hole cut into my truck dash that this'll fit perfectly. But at that price I can replace the cut section and get a different radio with similar options.
Maybe they'll be a 2nd gen that's better.
