You are correct, if the radio hasnt been converted, the frequencies it has are ham radio frequencies. In doing a search i couldnt come up with a frequency chart for the radio if it has been converted. There may be one here General Lee CB 10 Meter Radio Review its not in the review itself but...

yes it is already converted. I couldnt resist popping the cover and looking around :) The only mod that had been done was the frequency mod. Radio looks overall in good shape, just a few minor cosmetic blemishes
