I have my antenna Imax2000 about 40ft from power lines and dont have any problems ,but the futher the better just in case it were to fall you wouldnt want to hit the power line so guying the the mast is a good idea. Thestonerguy, kind of hard to explain but there seems to less noise or static with the D104. It dont make sense to me but im still learning.thanks for the input i will look at my 636L and see if anything is loose.
