I think I found my issue. The plate transformer yellow/red wire to the red wire is only 10 ohms. Also tested the high voltage capacitors with my LCR 45 and one is waaay out of range compared to the others. Thank you for the replies that got me pointed in a good direction.

Thank you for all the replies, I was hoping to avoid calling the manufacture as running an FCC approved linear on 27Mhz is generally frowned on by some hams. I would still get the amp for the rest of the bands I run and 27Mhz would be an added bonus.

Does anyone know if the RF kits B26-PA RF2K-S amplifier will run on 11 meters? Some of the newer computer controlled linears are software locked for 11. Thanks in advance.
