11 meter dx I had conditions late morning from Florida to the Great Lakes, then it snuck into Ontario, then back down again...

Nevada DX Hi Phil; I yell for Stu anytime I get dx anywhere near there; guess I'll start yelling for you as well! Apparently, it takes a very certain type of short stuff for me to get there from here; I don't think I have succeeded in talking to Nevada more than twice in the past 5 years.

burnt I screwed up by not switching antennas once, and slapped an Antron A99 with the Collins; fried the coils post haste. Needless to say, I reset up the shack and all the coax so that I can't repeat that little screw up.

Conditions Right before you I had 3 or 4 Calgary stations; the conditions have been very odd, to say the least..had SF tonight, which is really rare from my qth. Anyway; glad the old 820 still does the job, and look forward to the next time!
