    I was calling on 16 for about a hour, it's really a mess. AM traffic is hot and heavy around 16. We have been getting hammered with rain and they are forcasting a possible 6-7 inches of additional rain in the next couple days. 73 Jeff

    Correct Everyone that I have seen went from 26-29.999 with the factory CPU cutting the two traces. 73 Jeff

    I did contact him briefly He said that he is aware of a guy in Australia that was writing his own software for the radio that limited it to 26-28 MHz. I don't want to keep him distracted at work, I did share the link to the thread with him. Hopefully he will drop in. 73 Jeff

    Yes, your correct. I had forgotten that the frequency display doesn't change so it would drop 2 MHz with the incorrect display. Strange problem. 73 Jeff
