I purchased 3 from him. Hope you paid for SSB Biasing.

When i key up the 2312,s light up with my flr gun. but the 2166 Dont produce any heat for the gun to see., just the 2 Drivers.??????

I purchase from I.C.A. a lot. Only gripe for them, is thier shipping fees.

Never checked FM ,My meter is a Mirage MP1 meter it's been on my test bench for Years.

There is no responce at vr10&11 when i check ma from test point 7&8

I check Bios usb with no mike gain. Purchased parts from RF Parts in California I also check anything I replace with my( 2 meters Peak Atlas )to make sure they are working. Also removed the Driver 1K Pot and it is O.K.

The skip is running in the mornings here in michigan mostly from Europe.
