I have a LK550 with the (3) 3-500z's mine has the empty spot for the 10m stuff..just gatherd it all together and taking it to the qroking and going to have him get it back online. Only thing i am missing is the relays but no biggie he said.

Fixing a 35a for a friend and the damn crimps on the bridge came loose. Just wondering if anyone knows off the top of their head were the 2 from the transformer go and 2 to the rectifier board go.. here's a pic how I hooked it up..I dont think it's right tho.

Yup I got half the stuff to do the mod. I'm waiting for some 426 arcos from rfparts and have to make a torrid coil for 10m and a relay. No biggie the guy helping me said it's pretty easy to do.

So I'm about to fire up my LK550 with 3 eimac 3-500z's..I just repaired a 18ohm 1/4 resistor on the ALO / metering board. The book says it covers warc bands so it will do 12m. Can I tell if it will work on 11m if I just talk thru it or do I need to actually hit the foot pedal? I still need to...

The guy gave up on it.. I told him it wouldnt be worth the money going to sell the tubes and do somthing with the box. I'm gonna build him a power supply with switchers so we can do a 1x4 or somthing of the sorts. Thanks for the help guys..oh it was a mach 3+3. Chris

This is the 1 driving 2. Right now it buzzes and pulls the rear of the case towards the transformer so I figured its cooked haha the guy has brand new tubes so I'm trying to help him out to get it fixed. The schematic didnt list any values on the transformer itself tho. Thanks man Chris

Anyone know the specs on the transformer in the boomer base amps? I'm fixing one for my buddy and the transformer is smoked. I plan on having epd build it but I can't find the specs on it anywhere.
