well my basket case b and k 1040 cb service master is going to be a parts donor to the other one i won on ebay 2 days ago......all the switches on my original one were locked up frozen solid.....i did get 2 of the rotary switches unfroze but there is a double gang pot that was totally trash...

i have one of these and the light in the display does not work ....anybody know if its just a bulb or i its mounted to a board ? i haven't had time to look see ....i got some replacement bulbs with the wires but no thru board leds........also i dont think the 19ultra dx schematic is the same for...

i live in western ky and i have several radios that need work ......i have the books from lou franklin and have had them since the late 90s...i have changed the diodes before to get one working but never more in depth .......i own a welding shop/ machine shop and i dont have alot of free time to...

im really thinking about going down this road ...........i wouldn't be thinking about it if i had someone in my area that repairs radios............
