10 meter is very quiet?

Got a few contacts in before firing up the fire pit to do a pot of chili in the Dutch oven

chilli season is upon us isnt it?
this solar cycle i get up fire radios up and about the time activity happens,its time to go to work.
 
Made contact with Cuba today. He said hurricane really did not do much damage there, just knocked down their power grid for 36 hours. He was very surprised that I asked about the hurricane, as no one else has asked him how they are doing after it passed through.

that gets me ,very few ask how the people are in some less desireable places.but they are humans same as us. i feel for anybody anywhere in any form of distress. i applaud you for asking rabid possum
