I was told that there is small portion of 10 meters that Tech lisencee's could do phone operations on. 28.305 - 28.500, is thisright or did I get some bad info. Want to be sure before I do something stupid<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/roll.gif ALT=":rollin"> <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/embarassed.gif ALT=""> .

FastEddy,

The 'new' Technician license doesn't have any 10 meter

priviledges at all. The 'old' 'Tech-Plus' had the same as

the old Novice license, 28.300 to 28.500 Mhz (?) phone.

PS - Maybe after the ITU conference, but not now.

Thanks guys, you all are a big help. I know I sound a little ignorant, but I just wanted to make sure.

Take care
