Seems 10 has been open for a few weeks into the evening.

I have wrkd many European stns, including Greece yesterday and Oman also, but don't hear lot out of the South Pacific yet....Yes I am running a big gun station, homebrew inv vee at 22 feet and 25 watts...

I managed to work T32C on 10m and 15m when they were going. Also worked Hawaii, Japan and New Zealand on 10m.

Meanwhile, on 38LSB, I heard at least 3 really strong Hawaii operators and none of them could hear me through the noise. Ah well...

I took a short break from work this morning and monitored beacons for a few minutes-- went up into the phone band and picked up Corsica (a first) and an EA6. 10 is fun when it's open!

I have had very little time for radio, but will be listening for 10 AM tomorrow. The last time I was on 10 AM was with a Johnson Ranger and a Hallicrafters SX-111. I need to give this little Icom some AM experience on something besides 3885!
