My dumbass forgot that i was useing 75 ohm coax for cb radio and ended up cutting the entire top load off both antennas to get a 1.1 swr and they both reallly get out there and still perform significantly better than the previous wilson 2000 trucker i was useing before.
The top loads on both antennas was about 10 inches that i cut off and even tho theyre both ruined im still useing one with the 75 ohm coax with an swr of 1.1.

Hi. If you use 75 ohm coax, antenna length is shorter ?

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
