As with all list - they are forever changing! They are not all set in STONE!.
Even with the list that I posted, there has been lots of changes to that one.
Such as the Kiribati Islands, I got word last year from a operator in the 43 div. telling me that they are now using Ch. 6 usb. But that could change by next year.
I now just write down the ones that I know for sure.
