11 meter is very quiet?

CAIG De-Oxit is my equivalent of the recent Eureka!!

And the 980 is back in the Pete catchin 38-LSB while busy while running the Shenandoah Valley.
Some good camping in that area. I camped at a little creekside campground in Edenburg once. Then I was talking with a forest ranger, and she told me about a great little primitive campground on top of the ridge, right on the WV state line.

I’d bet is heard by more people than virtually every radio on Sideband

— since the thread is entitled 11-meter (etc)

I’ve mentioned it before (and probably will again) that these girls can be heard east of the Rocky Mountains to the Atlantic from a surprising number of places.

Skip where you can hear “everyone”.

Skip
where you didn’t know it was rollin’.

A vertical on a tower.
Maybe 30’ feed-point.

Those Any Tunes I’ve not knowingly heard on AM-19.

True that I have a soft spot for this fantastic $6 sandwich.

The only other radio that’s close-to as often heard is at the truck wash at Nashville.

Other stations with obviously more power, etc, aren’t in the running.

I do think there’s something about the geographical location. AND details pertaining at Ground Zero.

Someone else TRULY liked the food here so much that expertise was applied to the installation.
