11 meter is very quiet?

Sounds like you were killing it last night!

I listened for a while, but unfortunately no TX from the house. Heard pretty much the whole east coast.
Yeah it was going good for quite a while. I was on 28 for a while. Then went to 6 that was fading in and out. The whole time it would fade out I would keep calling. One time when it faded back in, someone called my numbers and then was quickly covered up. Then I went to 38lsb and talked to Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. It was still rolling at 10 when I went to bed. Good times for sure

That’s awesome. As much as I really enjoy DXing from my mobile, I really need to figure out something for the house that won’t trigger a HOA Nazi full-blown meltdown. My attic dipole is excellent on receive, but no dice on Tx. I think I can pull off an end fed half wave from my gable to a pine tree...and that would be at least 30’ off the ground. Just need to get around to building it...and up and down the ladder 1000 times while I get the matching right.

Maybe an a99 painted brown in the pine tree would work?
