11 meter is very quiet?

I will probably be in area around 11 to 12 or so. Not sure just yet. I have talked to a couple base stations 50 miles away before so maybe we can make contact.

All we can do is give it a shot and see what happens. Safe travels my friend!

Early in the day am 19 was a pileup but this evening the band was a dead turd. Got the mast scoped back up high after being lowered due to high winds the last several days so the Hope's were high but looks like tomorrow we'll give her a shot once again.

The NE is booming into the Midwest this morning. Maine, Mass., NJ like locals. Made a call out while mobile, did hear one station come back to me but was covered by bigger stations.

i got my am fm radio to hear music on .i got my 10,11 meter and 70 cm radios to talk on. i get pissy when i hear a radio rambo plaing music for hours on 11 meters
