11 meter is very quiet?

from october to december of 1957 the sunspot number hit a record high* of 332.
from january to march of 1969 the sunspot number hit a high of 170.
from october to december of 1979 the sunspot number hit a high of 257.
from october to december of 1989 the sunspot number hit a high of 220.
from october to december of 2001 the sunspot number hit a high of 194.
from january to march of 2014 the sunspot number hit a high of 130.
* dating back to 1750. next highest sunspot number was 308 from april to june of 1778.
today the sunspot number is currently 22. dx isn't what it used to be.

Made a few contacts with Florida on 38lsb and AM 21. Also Bama in the mix!! The station on AM 21 made his antenna and it was only 3’ off the ground. He sounded like he was in the driveway!

Quiet tonight on 385 LSB up here in Central Pennsylvania!!
This morning worked Florida and several Gulf Coast stations out of the mobile, it was not a pile up on 38 but there were guys out there.

11 to Europe wide open also made a contact for first time to Reunion Island pretty stoked bout that!!
In the mobile this morning, heard Italy and France on 38lsb.
Worked a mobile station in France and just like flipping a switch the conditions are gone lol
