11 meter is very quiet?

38 LSB buzzing most of the day but not crazy. Did make a Michigan contact on my GE Super Base but had too many irons in the fire to stay on the radio. Summer time always has a big To Do List.
Early this morning I talked to 1313 and 316 in Washington.
After that, just noise for the rest of the day.

Saturday afternoon I was coming home from Missouri, the skip was average, heard mostly SE skip. 151 MowerJunkie was in there making contacts all over so I keyed up and made a call out for 151 but couldn't make the trip.
Just made a brief contact with 117 Ontario, Canada and a couple of other came back but I couldn't pull their numbers out.
The noise is way down and the few I can hear are super clear this everything but I'm stuck in the mud..... No qso for me today but still happy tis the DX season!
On stand by waiting for a trailer wash when that familiar voice from the desert comes in. Solid jaw smacking for at least an hour now.... Bashing absolutely everyone you can imagine. I don't understand... geez man. So much for not polluting the air waves. Still going as I type this up.

Haven't had my Ranger 2995 on these past few days,been on vacation with my Dad visiting the Flight 93 Memorial,etc......Sounds like the DX has been pretty good, then again I don't miss hearing the idiots(Mr.Stryker or whatever he goes by) on the radio either,hope all of my Radio Friends are doing well!!
