11 meter is very quiet?

Hit the airwaves at 10 AM. 36-38 busy, but everyone in the mud in my receive. Went to 26.805FM and made 6 contacts within 15 minutes. Three stations in PA, 2 in Illinois. and 402 in London England. Us staions couldn't hear London but I had him 10 over. Had a good 40 minute QSO.
After lunch hooked up with 18 stations on 36 and 37.Got so crowded I gave up and went to 27.555 USB and caught DXman (Larry) out of Washington State. We QSY'd to .440 and talked for almost 1/2 an hour. Great DX day.

I heard you in there on 36 Brother DXer! Along with about a dozen other Texas stations. You were talking to Michigan I believe. I gave a quick call but the channel was super busy so no cigar........
Been on 36 a fair bit lately. 37, 38 and 425 have become ridiculous lately. Now we have a non-stop Ice Cream Truck in addition to the 111111 guy, the Fox News, the Sirens, and the Crying Baby on 38..........it's become the wall of sound channel LOL!

I've scanned-around on 36 to 38 LSB several times and I just don't understand why people spend good money to buy radios play those ridiculous and annoying sounds?

Years ago when I was in my 20s I worked with a boss that said ( Most people are Dull, Boring & Stupid ) and I thought that was one of the worse opinions to have of other people and he must have a high opinion of himself. As I get older and witness some of the clowns on lsb I guess maybe he was right. They have no constructive hobbies or interests and a IQ of less then 100 ! LOL

I was on the same time as yesterday. 6 to 7pm, and it wasn't too bad. I was getting a lot of Montana for some reason. Along with Canada and the west coast. I heard jungle Joe in there for a while. He was knocking them out.
I'll be on tomorrow after 2pm and then most of Sunday and Monday, on and off.

4-10 is home-brew CB slang which has no meaning.

Fantastic conditions today out here on the far west coast. Europe and South Africa at good strength this morning up on 555. Lots of action on 26.805FM. Jamaica and Caribbean booming in on 27.515 LSB. And on 36 thru 40......total unmitigated chaos. I've noticed the idiots really ramp up on weekends when everyone is off work and has had a few beers LOL!
