11 meter is very quiet?

I'm sick and off work and it's my birthday.... But the big perk is that I got a ton of radio time in yesterday and today.
Conditions were fantastic here this morning....made about a dozen contacts. Hawaii, New York City, Long Island, Manitoba, Ontario, Upstate New York, Arkansas, Alabama, Nevada and more. Interesting mix of E and F2 skip going on at the same time.
One thing I've noticed recently is that there are WAY less troublemakers on the radio during the week. Seems like weekends are when everyone releases the built up tension from their work week on the radio waves. I guess even the 11111 guy has to work sometimes LOL!

Brother, this new radio sounds great! And that kl203 is a perfect fit. I think I've got three or four of those 203s around here. Now I may have to look into the AT5000.

I see you have good taste is Beer ! LOL That was my beer back 26 years ago before I give up drinking. ( I liked it TOO much ) LOL But I won't try your new radio because I had to swear off buying radios and perfect what I have. But Knock Um Dead and enjoy !

The evening held 516 in Missouri on 16 LSB and CK1775 in Illinois on 37 LSB. Really thought there would be more with all the traffic. Oh well, still better than Thursday.
It was booming in my part of the world today. I took the recently recapped uniden grant for a dx trip and made several contacts all barefoot so my 17 watts pep were helped greatly by conditions. Hopefully tomorrow is another good one so we can all do it again!
Between conditions and people going, "Oh... sounds like someone's trying to have conversation, I better put a stop to that!" I'm amazed we were able to do as much as exchange numbers.
