That without a doubt looks like a late 80s early 90s key down box. He could run the 6 pill class because everything was in one box and for someone to challenge him would cost them 100 dollars to have the lid pulled. The numbers wouldn't be far off because you can use a driver....he's just sneaking the 1 pill driver in.

I seen 1x2 1x4 2x4 , I have even seen 2 1driving 4 amps combined into 1 output, but never this configuration.
