This radio flat out has got it..I have never owned a better export radio..For the money there is nothing better..The rx is so quiet you will thing the volume has died..But not the case you can hear anything that moves and if you can't hear it,It don't exist..I have had both the 6666 and the 5555 and i may have a bit less power but i like the size and display much better on the 5555..Wow is all i can say

LOL, I ain't bragging, but I've owned just about every export rig their is. I just bought a 5555n a few weeks ago. It's a huge turd.

Horrid, it's boxed up out of site.

Quiet receive? Mine is so hashy that it makes my 2950 sound sweet

Nah...It's pretty much in line with anecdotal reports. Sorry, it's a turd. Couldn't recommend one to anyone.

Maybe on AM. It is a noisy bastard on SSB receive. Sounded tiny to me. I tried to like it but couldn't. No different from any other SSB Anytone.
I have had them all. AT6666 is the best of the bunch by far.

The At 5555 and 6666 Has cascade IF filtering ..even better than the more expensive Stryker 955..
