Anytone 6666

Hi all, Have a anytone 6666 it had one blown final which I replaced,but now tx shows low dc at 13.8 and if i increase the voltage it shows high dc which i suppose it should any thoughts would be appreciated

13.8 isn't low, what were you running it at?

Are you checking voltage at the power supply or inside the radio? Could there be a bad connection in the power cord causing voltage drop when transmitting?

The mismatched finals are going to pose a problem. I'm surprised you didn't buy some of these.

The mismatched finals are going to pose a problem. I'm surprised you didn't buy some of these. Right,i think they said 13n10,s would replace the others,and when I tx it knocks the p/s down to about 5 volts the p/s is ok so must have some sort of short,will case those fets

yes i know that but the radio shows low dc when keyed up,but have just noticed the p/s drops on key up must have some sort of short in the rig

I have removed the mosfet that i replaced and no probs with the p/s and i do get some tx noise on another radio so looks like these chinnese mosfets maybe the wrong ones,i checked for any shorts on the fets but all was ok will order some better qualaty ones,thanks to all for help
