Anytone AT-6666 (9900) tx/rx issue

Hi.
I have 6666 on my bench I can't force to cooperate.

After some time (15 min, 3 hours, a day, varies) it's going to be deaf and no TX.
It's enough to switch modes and it's back alive.
Checked what I could, all seem to be normal.
Ayone seen that before?

Bump... Wish I could help, my 6666's have 100"s of hours of use and this has never happened. Could it be something with the controls causing this? Maybe pressing the mode button is flexing the board?

Nah, more I test it, more it seems that processor is malfunctioning for unknown reason.

Is there a way to reflash the firmware? Maybe you could take a spare radio and swap the face assemblies between the two? That would tell you if it's the face or the board.

Got 2 of them with plenty of use, biggest issues has been the encoder.

What's the age of the radio you are working on? Maybe something we'll eventually face with age of them.

Encoder in that radio died long time ago
