Y’all are doing it all wrong.

Sand and coat the antenna in automotive fiberglass resin.

Sand it again, apply second coat.

Use heat shrink the appropriate size.

And lastly, and I can’t believe you guys don’t do this, give the dang antenna a bottle of waterbabies… duh.
