Baofeng UV-5R: what method do you use to keep the volume knob on max while wearing it on a belt ?
I have been noticing that the volume knob wants to continuously creep down lower and lower and I have to keep checking it and turning the volume back up.

I was just able to see how to do it with a small hose clamp. So, I guess that is one solution.

Black electrical tape is what I use.

I use an O-Ring on my Retevis RT-5. Unlike the locking methods the ring provides just enough friction to keep the knob from creeping, yet it will still maintain full function.

O-ring. Raise/lower the knob to control the tension.
