Not finding much info on this one anywhere. Seller thinks it might be a 1x2x3. I see a 6je6c tube.
Its marked AN-Etecetra Ft Worth tx but i find absolutely zero info relating to ham/cb amps.
Anyone have any knowledge of these units?

An old buddy had one of these in the 80s. Pretty sure it's one driving the other five.

Been too long. Never had any data on it. I do remember that when he keyed it on his base the alarm beeper in his VCR would tweet in step with his modulation.

It's hard to keep from overdriving a single driver tube. Radios were smaller when it was designed in the late 60s/early 70s.

Just happened to come across this (I don't get on the computer very often and especially forums), anyway, I'm with you on not finding any information as I have the 800 which looks similar to the outside of the one you have, but the 800 has an external transformer and it is two driving four. Otherwise I would like some info also, as I'm thinking of restoring it.

It was made by Peterson Electronics in Fort Worth Texas. They made a few that were all alike except the writing on the faceplate. I have the Boomerang 500+ and also the Channel King Model 500+. The only differance between the two i have is the Boomerang does not have the pre amp. other than that they are identical inside and out.

Is it possible to be on a lake and have a homing directional beam being emitted from the shore so a person could navigate to that beam's source? For example at night to a jetty.
