No picture but you do have a "Ping Cap". It's just not a large enough value to produce the "Scream" that most people are after.
You should have a 20Mfd 450V capacitor tied in to pin 6 of V10 (6AQ5) of your receiver. Go larger for more "Scream". 40, 60 or 80Mfd should get you there.
