Can someone tell me this pipe size?

I have seen wire guys used as top loading for a vertical and also as groundplane elements for an elevated vertical if the guys are of the proper length and insulated from ground but never as ground itself. Actually using guys in the ground path is not a good idea as depending on size they could fail in the event of a lightning strike and cause the whole thing to come crashing to the ground.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
