Chat Room Issues?

We have been told some are having problems entering the chat room.

Perhaps the chat provider has updated their software? Some people on the forum have updated their java and it has helped.

HH this is exactly what i did yesterday and it seemed to fix problem.So if any of you are having chatroom issues update your software as mentioned above.

Yeppers that was the problem. I needed to upgrade and could then log in.
