That Bunker of doom is an interesting place, I got lost there for almost a whole day one time.
Notice the antenna gain figures? That was back in the day when gain figures were actually fairly accurate instead of the bullshit figures that started being quoted in later years.
Looking at what radio's sold for back then kind of makes the price of a new Stryker seem less expensive.
Those radio prices, you could just about add another zero to in todays money. Mostly toys for the rich, who could afford a months salary for a radio? These things were the price of a decent used car.
I notices the johnson messenger 323 in the catalog.
