does the expo100 "L" kit work good w/the 2000gtl?

does the PLL chip still have to be swapped out to the MB8719?

does it "skip" channels like the chip mod?

OR

is a person just as well off to do the PLL swap and go that route

anyway?

OR

is there another kit that will work OK w/the 2000gtl?

thanks.Slim CDX285

Hi,

I have a diagram for a switch mod (6 position dual rotary- DP6P) that gives full channel coverage (with the 8719 swapped) and recovers some skips from 26.965 to 28.045 and 26. 815 to 26.995.

A = 26. 815 to 26.995.(and repeats)

B = 26.965 to 27.405

C= 27.415 to 27.445 (and repeats)

D = 27.455 to 27.605

E = 27.605 to 28.045

I will have to look up the exact Channel Chart and Diagram.

It is one I have been using for 2000's fo a long time.
