I need a service manual for these radios. Any help would be appreciated.

They have the schematic but I need a service manual..Thanks for the reply though.

they do have a service manual there for the 29LTD, its just not for the LX version.

the only differences are that the audio chip is different, and all the display stuff on the front of the radio.
the chassis is still the same basic 29LTD that you've seen for years.

unless you are having a problem with the audio amp, or the display itself, this service manual should work for you:

just make sure you use the version that says "pages 1-11" and "pages 12-34".

the service manual below those has the wrong alignment info in it.
its a service manual for the 29, but the alignment is for a 25.

here is all the 29 radio info cobra has out on the radios right now. the alignments are basically the same on the LX as the ltd.

This is for the LX EU version... HOWEVER... it appears the narrative / repair advice is for EU mode AM Ch 19, which is same as ours... 27.185.
