I just picked up one of these radios for 10 bucks. I knew that it was not working when I got it, but I was wondering: I hooked up a power cord to it (just to see if it would at least power up) and it immediately blew the fuse. The driver I got it from apparently ran it with shorted coax until it just quit. I looked inside, and it looks like it was a bone stock radio.
My question is, is it worth saving? I know from past experience that the Soundcrapper feature isn't worth anything, but i thought it would make a decent backup radio.
