Please post a gate of any US licensed service between 26-30. This excludes hams, and 11 meter SW and FM monitors.
IF you have the spare time you can listen in and see if YOU hear anything, I do not have the time NOR the interest to post a gate.
I do know they use the upper HF freq for boat to boat comms, or they used to back when I was wearing the uniform, but I retired many years ago, hell they may just use cell phones for comms now who knows
