I was amazed the other day when I was traveling and seen one of those eagles in flight not that far from the ground. What a beautiful sight, seeing you don't see them often around here. As a matter of fact I think I've only seen a couple in my life time around here

They are big, they have a 6 foot plus wingspan and are waist high just standing there with claws that give you nightmares.
When I was younger I was a member of the fresno zoological society and did volunteer work there.
It was super cool to work with the keepers in the big bird enclosure's, they are big, like scary big at first, but as you learn there behavior you get to know how they react and how to stay clear of them.
Beautiful birds.

I had a chance to see them feeding the two that hatched some fish and the other egg had a good hole in it which showed signs of movement inside. And Jeff they sure have some wicked Talons.
